The Guarantee Certificate Europe Dividend Stocks Winner 2 is based on the EURO STOXX® Select Dividend 30, an index comprising 30 strong dividend yielding stocks of all major industry sectors in the Eurozone. The certificate is addressed to security-oriented investors, who want to have the opportunity to generate an attractive yield in addition to a full capital protection.
Payout Profile:
At the initial valuation date the starting value of the EURO STOXX® Select Dividend 30 (closing price on July 19, 2016) and the cap (140% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of the term the performance of the index is determined and one of the following scenarios will occur:
- SCENARIO 1 – positive index performance
a) … and BELOW the cap of 140%
§ 100% participation in the index performance, e.g.: index +32% → redemption: EUR 1,320
b) … but ABOVE the cap of 140%
§ redemption at the maximum amount, e.g.: index +51% → redemption: EUR 1,400
- SCENARIO 2 – negative index Performance
§ 100% capital protection, e.g.: index -38% → redemption: EUR 1,000
